- 壁面に沿つて配置したフロアキヤビネツト列の
一部にレンジ等の調理器具を備え、該調理器具上
方に排煙フードを備えた厨房設備において、前記
排煙フードの取付け壁面側に、前記フロアキヤビ
ネツト列に付加した奥行きと略同じ奥行きを有す
るスペーサを設けた排煙フードを有する厨房設備
。
