Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain close contact of a bulkhead with an inner cylinder at the time of relative motion by protruding a cylindrical resilient part with thin wall thickness at a part of a resilient member, which is mounted on the bulkhead, fitted on the inner cylinder, and moved relative thereto, an by putting it in contact with the periphery of the inner cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical part 48 with small wall thickness 48 is formed consolidated with a resilient member 42 at its two ends in the axial direction, wherein the resilient member 42 is fixed to the inside surface of a bulkhead 34. This small wall thickness part 48 is provided with a dia. reduced part 50 so as to press an inner cylinder 12 at its periphery resiliently. Even though this inner cylinder 12 makes relative movement in the radial direction to generate a gap S between the resilient member 42 and inner cylinder 12, the dia. reduced part 50 provides continuous contact with the inner cylinder 12 to accomplish sure sealing between the upper and lower minor liquid chambers.
