の往復駆動部の整備に手数がかかるものであつ

第1図は本考案の一使用例で、塗装装置1をド
ツク2に配設した自走機3に塔載して船舶4の外
板の被塗装面5を移動自在に塗装するようにした

して枢支して塔載し、第2図、第3図のように前
面が開口した箱状のフード9の両側に電動油圧シ
リンダのような傾転装置10を配設して所定角度
傾転自在とし、わん曲した被塗装面5に対面でき
るようにしている。フード9には第2図のよう
に、前部に後述する往復駆動装置11で所定距離
にわたつて往復駆動する塗装ガン12を内設し、
後部にミストフイルタ13を内装し、後面部に収
容量の排気フアン14を配設して、上記塗装ガン
12で発生する塗装ミストをフード9内に吸引す
るとともにミストフイルタ13に吸着捕促して排
塵装置(図外)に排気処理するようにしている。
フード9の側周部には、第2図、第3図のように
フード9と二重筒状にエヤー吹出部15を配設
し、エヤー吹出部15の前端部にエヤー吹出ガイ
ド16をフード9の内側へ折曲してエヤーをフー
ド9側に全周にわたつて吹き出すようにし、フー
ド9の後面部に配設した給気接続口17から所定
容量の給気フアン(図示せず)で送給するエヤー
をエヤー吹出部15に流入するようにして、塗装
ガン12で発生し被塗装面5にそつて外部に流出
しようとする塗装ミストをエヤーシールするよう
にするとともに上記排気フアン14側に向つて流
れるようにしている。エヤー吹出部15の外側に
は、第2図のように外気ガイド部18をエヤー吹
出ガイド16と反対方向の外側に折曲して設け、
塗装装置1に吹きつける外気を塗装装置1の外周
面にそつて流れ去るようにしている。フード9の
側部のエヤー吹出部15の一側部は他方よりやや
広幅とし、第4図のように広幅としたエヤー吹出
部15に塗装装置で常用されるチエーンコンベヤ
方式の往復駆動部19を側板20を取りはずし可
能にして内設し、側板20の外面に配設した所定
の減速比とした駆動源21で駆動するようにして
いる。そして、塗装ガン12を保持する保持部材
22の一端部を上記往復駆動部19に取着し、フ
ード9の側面に塗装ガン12の移動範囲にわたつ
て所定の長さに開口した細溝状開口部23よりフ
ード内に保持部材22を突き出し、塗装ガン12
をフード5内に往復移動して塗装できるように取
着しているものである。24は、塗装装置1を被
塗装面5の所定距離に設置するための超音波検出

後部に流されるとともにミストフイルタ13でミ
スト処理され、排塵装置に排気処理されていくも
のである。したがつて、被塗装面とフードとの間
に一定以上の間隙があつても、塗装ミストが外部
に流出することなく、大気汚せんや周辺機器等に
塗装ミストが付着することもないものである。ま
