ス通路出口を複数のスリツト形状にしたことを特
徴とする熱線式空気流量計。 ２ 請求の範囲第１項において、バイパス通路出
入口のスリツト形状は、主流通路管軸側から外周
に向けてスリツト幅が広くなる形状としたことを
特徴とする熱線式空気流量計。 ３ 請求の範囲第２項において、スリツト形状を
三角形にしたことを特徴とする熱線式空気流量計
