Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a comfortable floor heating panel without feeling cold draft by a method wherein hot air is sucked from an end part and its half is ejected from discharge holes in the process of flowing to the other end and the remaining half flows to the other end through an insulated air passages and is ejected from the discharge holes in the process of returning after turning about. CONSTITUTION:Air is taken in from an inlet port 6 by an air flower 8 and heated by a heater 7 and then sucked into suction ports 4. The hot air is divided, at this point, into the air flowing in insulated air passages 13 and the air flowing in uninsulated air passages 14. The hot air passing through the passages 14 is ejected from discharge holes 3 and the temp. distribution that temp. is high at the upstream side and reduced towards the downstream side is formed because of the heat radiation from the upper surface. The hot air passing through the passages 13 flows to the end surface 5 as it is and turns about into the passages 14 while keeping high temp. because of insulation. The hot air turned about is ejected from the discharge holes and the temp. distribution that the temp. at the location near the surface 5 is high and the temp. is reduced towards suction ports because of heat radiation on the upper surface is formed. Thereby, the generation of the cold draft at the periphery of a hollow panel 1 is controlled.
