Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a food mount table, capable of common using for high-frequency heating and electric heater heating as well as of effecting both sides grilling and excellent in the distribution of the heatings, by a method wherein the rotary food mount table is constituted of an outer frame, constituting the outer periphery of the table by a metallic conductive wire, and steel rods, consisting of metallic conductive wires welded and fixed to the outer frame to form a plane substantially, so as to constitute substantially a circular drainboard. CONSTITUTION:A heating chamber 12 is provided with upper and lower heaters 13, 14 so as to heat a food 15 by the heating of the electric heaters while the heating chamber 12 is also provided with a magnetron 17 on a side wall so as to heat the food 15 by the induction heating of high-frequency radio wave, oscillated by the magnetron 17 and transmitted into the heating chamber 12 through a wave guide 16. Transversal steel rods 18b and lateral steel rods 18c, orthogonal to the steel rods 18b, are welded and fixed to an outer frame 18a, forming the outer periphery of the rotary food mount table 18, to form substantially a circular drainboard. The high-frequency radio wave, generated by the magnetron 17, passes through the drainboard from the lower side of the rotary table 18 and is absorbed uniformly into the bottom surface of the food 15, therefore, the heating of the bottom surface thereof may be effected optimally. The rotary table can be provided in a distance H1 from the bottom of the heating chamber 12, which is at least 1/10 or less of the distance H2 between the upper heater and the rotary table; therefore, the volume of a casing may be increased.
