Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain oscillating output without need for providing an oscillation driving source by rotatably supporting a drive transmitting shaft in the eccentric position of a phase adjusting driven gear, transmitting power between the drive transmitting shaft and an input shaft with gear, and transmitting power between the drive transmitting shaft and an output shaft via a reciprocating power transmission mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A phase adjusting driving gear 8 which is engaged with a phase adjusting driven gear is fixed to the output shaft of a phase adjusting driving motor 9. Power is transmitted between a drive transmitting shaft 7 and an output shaft 2 via a reciprocating power transmission mechanism 10. Thus reciprocating power transmission mechanism 10 transmits power between a driving pin 28 which is projected to the eccentric position of a driving disk 27 formed on the end of the drive transmitting shaft 7 and a driven pin 30 which is projected to the eccentric position of a driven disk 29 formed on the part of the output shaft 2, via an oscillating crank 31.
