PURPOSE:To make such a degree of durability that is excellent under the working condition securable by making a mount device such as a cylindrical engine mount or the like for a fluid flow engine case possible to display it good damping or interruption effect in response to each input vibration at plural frequency areas. CONSTITUTION:When vibration is inputted in a mount radial direction, each noncompressive fluid sealed in both presses receiving chamber 30 and 32 and a balancing chamber 34 is mutually made to flow through throttle passages 44 and 46. Accordingly, each input vibration at two frequency areas different with each other can be favorably damped on the basis of liquid-column resonance action of the noncompressive fluid flowing in these throttle passages 44 and 46. In this connection, if setting frequency (tuning frequency) in regard to the throttle passage 44 or 46 is set down to the low frequency, a high damping effect can be brought into full play to the input vibration at the low frequency area on the basis of the liquid-column resonance action of the noncompressive fluid flowing in these throttle passages 44 and 46.
