- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 その一端が接地され制御電圧によつてその容量
が変えられる可変容量ダイオード、 その一端が前記可変容量ダイオードの他端に接続
される結合用コンデンサ、および その一端が接地されその他端が前記結合用コン
デンサの他端に接続される共振器を含む、電圧制
御発振器であつて、 前記可変容量ダイオードの接地点と前記共振器
の接地点とを分離して前記可変容量ダイオードの
接地点と前記共振器の接地点との間にインダクタ
ンスを形成した、電圧制御発振器。
