Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 共振回路としての分布定数線路と、該分布定
数線路に並列的に接続され、電圧制御で容量を変
化させる可変容量ダイオードとを備える電圧制御
発振器であつて、前記分布定数線路に直列的に接
続され、該分布定数線路の共振波長を変化させる
コンデンサと、該コンデンサに並列的に接続され
、その導通で該コンデンサを短絡するスイツチン
グ用ダイオードを含むことを特徴とする電圧制御
発振器。 2 前記分布定数線路は二分され、これらの間に
前記コンデンサが直列的に接続されていることを
特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載
の電圧制御発振器。
