Abstract
PURPOSE: To enhance properties in sealing, corrosion-proof and waterproof by forming a holding member to be engaged with an engagement shoulder of a screw binding bearing surface on the cap main body having a screw head to be sheathed with a plastic material and a skirt part on the outer circumference. CONSTITUTION: Engagement shoulder part 6 is formed in cone on the binding bearing surface 5 of screw head 4. While cap main body 11 equipped with void 15 for clearance to screw and sheathe screw head 4 is formed using flexible material which is flexible and which has anti-weathering property, on the bottom opening 12 thereof, ring-like holding part 13 to be engaged with the engagement shoulder 6 of the screw head 4 and an umbrella-shaped skirt part 14 on the outer circumference, are formed.
