Abstract

PURPOSE:To take out the high voltage output of an arbitrary number, an arbitrary voltage and an arbitrary rising time with a small area from one high voltage source by switching and controlling the clock of a high voltage transmitting circuit. CONSTITUTION:The boosting circuit of one stage is formed by an MIS transistor 31 diode-connected to a condenser 32. Therefore, a higher voltage than an input voltage appears generally at an output terminal. A clock input is utilized for a boosting action by the MIS transistor diode-connected to the capacitor, and when the clock input is not executed, the inputted high voltage is not outputted to the terminal, and the voltage is lowered. Consequently, by switching the clock, a necessary output voltage can be obtained. The control of the switch is executed by the potential of a capacitor 9 connected to a high voltage output terminal 3 and a connection node 11 of a current control circuit 10.
