CONSTITUTION:A core 1 is in the form of a drum, and has flanges 4, 5 on both ends of a center leg 3. The ratio of the distance between both of the flanges and the diameter of the flanges 4, 5 is made equal to or Iess than 0.15, that is, h/A<=0.15. A coil 2 is a belt-type element wire, and wound around the center leg 3, in the form of a spiral. As the result, the interlayer voltage becomes low, so that the possibility of dielectric breakdown and short circuitting is decreased. Thereby, the high frequency winding loss is reduced.
