断手段、13……燃料供給手段、14……故障検
知タイミング判別手段、15……故障検知手段。

Claims (1)
- 車両速度を検出する車速センサと、該車速セン
サの故障を検知する故障検知手段とを有する車速
センサの故障検出装置において、車両に搭載され
該車両を駆動する内燃エンジンに燃料を供給する
燃料供給手段と、前記車両の減速時に該燃料供給
手段をして前記内燃エンジンへの燃料の供給を停
止せしめる燃料遮断手段と、該燃料遮断手段の所
定時間以上に亘る作動に応答して前記故障検知手
段を作動させる故障検知タイミング判別手段とを
備えることを特徴とする車速センサの故障検出装
置。
