ツク量を検出する手段と、前記端末インターフエ
イス部内に前記網側インターフエイス部との間の
リンク情報を与える複数個のリンク情報部と、前
記装置管理部内に前記トラヒツク量検出手段から
のトラヒツク量の報告を受け、トラヒツク量に応
じて前記複数個のリンク情報部のいずれかを選択
する指令を発するトラヒツク制御手段とを設けた
