Claims (1)

両端が1対の中空ヘツダー3,4に連結され、か
つチユーブ1によつて構成される流通路を熱交換
媒体が蛇行状に流通するように、少なくとも一方
のヘツダー内部を仕切る仕切板10が設けられた
熱交換器であつて、前記ヘツダーに外周方向の切
込み部11が形成される一方、前記仕切板10は
ヘツダー内周面に適合しうる外周形状の径小部1
0aと周端部を切込み部に適合しうる膨出状の径
大部10bとを有するものに形成され、かつ仕切
板10に切込み部11の内面または内側縁部に係
合する抜止め用手段10cが設けられ、前記仕切
板10がその径小部10a外周面をヘツダー内周
面に当接されるとゝもに径大部10b周端を切込
み部11に適合された状態に切込み部11からヘ
ツダー内に嵌入配置され、かつ前記抜止め用手段
10cを切込み部11の内面または内側縁部に係
合された状態で、ヘツダーに接合一体化されてな
ることを特徴とする熱交換器。 (2) 抜止め用手段10cは、切込み部11に強
制的に押込まれその内側縁部に係合される凸部か
らなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の熱交
換器。 (3) 抜止め用手段10cは、径小部10a側か
ら径大部10b側に向つて斜めに立ち上がり、切
込み部11に強制的に押込まれることにより弾性
復帰してその先端部が切込み部11の内側縁部に
係合する切削片からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
第1項記載の熱交換器。 (4) 抜止め用手段10cは、切込み部11の内
面に摩擦圧接して係合する微細な凹凸からなる実
