空ヘツダーに連結され、かつチユーブによつて構
成される流通路を熱交換媒体が蛇行状に流通する
ように、少なくとも一方のヘツダー内部を仕切る
仕切部材が設けられた熱交換器であつて、 前記ヘツダーに内外を連通する周方向の切込部
が形成される一方、 前記仕切部材は、ヘツダーの内周形状に適合し
得る周面部を有する仕切板部と、ヘツダーの外周
形状に適合し得る内面部を有しかつ切込部を外方
から覆い得る帯状板部とを有するものに構成され
、 該仕切部材が切込部を介してヘツダー内に嵌入
されることによつて、仕切板部の周面部がヘツダ
ーの内周面に密着されると共に、帯状板部の内面
部がヘツダーにおける切込部部位の外周面に密着
された状態に配置され、かつろう付け一体化され
てなることを特徴とする熱交換器。
