す。第６図は従来の流体圧シリンダの使用例を示
す図、第７図は複数シリンダで１つの大形負荷を
扱う例を示す斜視図である。 図において、１０は外筒、１１は内筒、１２は
ピストン室、１３はリング状ピストン、１４は筒
状ピストンロツド、１７はリニアガイドベアリン
グ、２０は軸受けブツシユをそれぞれ示す。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 径の異なる２つの円筒１０，１１を同心円
状に配置して、両者の間に環状のピストン室１２
を形成し、その中にリング状のピストン１３を内
蔵すると共に、該ピストン１３に円筒状のピスト
ンロツド１４を設け、円筒状ピストンロツド１４
の先端面で負荷を支持する構造としたことを特徴
とする流体圧シリンダ。 (2) 前記の円筒状ピストンロツド１４は、その
先端が閉鎖しており、該ピストンロツド１４の内
部に、前記の内側の円筒１１が内蔵された構造と
したことを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲の
流体圧シリンダ。
