(1) ケーシングの内部室内で一対の歯車が外接
して噛合回転する形式のギヤポンプにおいて、該
一対の歯車の少なくとも片側面とこれに対向する
該内部室の端壁面との間の室部分に、炭素繊維を
混入させた合成樹脂でその室部分の断面形状・寸
法に適合した形状・寸法にそれぞれ形成した複数
の板状の可動部材を、ケーシングの吸込側と吐出
し側とを相互に連通させる複数の狭小な通路を形
成する一定のすきまを残した態様で装填すると共
に、これら可動部材を歯車の駆動軸及び従動軸の
両軸に摺動可能に支承させ、前記内部室内の液圧
の作用によりその軸方向に摺動変位させ得るよう
にしたことを特徴とする圧力平衡装置。
(2) 各可動部材が炭素繊維を混入させた弗素樹
脂で作られていることを特徴とする実用新案登録
