Claims (1)
- 電力増幅器を構成するパワートランジスタと、
前記パワートランジスタのコレクタ、エミツタ間
電圧およびコレクタ電流をそれぞれ検出する電圧
検出部および電流検出部と、前記両検出部により
検出された電圧、電流の積より、前記パワートラ
ンジスタのコレクタ損失を導出する導出部と、前
記パワートランジスタのコレクタ損失の最大許容
値より若干小なる基準値と前記導出部による前記
コレクタ損失の導出値とを比較し、前記導出値が
前記基準値に達したときに駆動信号を出力する駆
動部と、表示素子の通電路に設けられ前記駆動信
号によりオンして前記表示素子を駆動するスイツ
チング素子とを備えたパワートランジスタの温度
上昇警告装置。
