Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevention deterioration of concrete product, by applying a silane or siloxane based compound to surface of concrete and then coating the treated concrete with a cement mortar added by an admixture and high polymer disper sion.
CONSTITUTION: A silane or siloxane compound having high concentration is applied to surface of a concrete deteriorated by injury from salt to impregnate the compound into the concrete. Then a cement mortar to which a large quantity of high polymer dispersion containing an admixture is incorporated is applied thereon to carry out repair. When crack occurs on the concrete face, the crack is previously repaired with polymer cement paste, etc. and then the above-mentioned repair is similarly applied. Since penetration of salt or water content is prevented in the coated face and simultaneously evaporation of excess water is carried out, the deterioration of concrete product is prevented.
