Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide high bending strength, reinforcing strength and visually acceptable surface by using glass fiber systems embedded in a thin cement- mortal layer which is used as the reinforcing material for a reinforcing layer for multilayer board comprising foamed concrete and reinforced layer. CONSTITUTION: A multilayer board 1 comprises a foam concrete 1a with a thickness of 2-40 cm. A hardened mortal layer 2 is provided on both sides of the multilayer board and glass fiber systems are embedded in the mortal layer. It is recommended that the density of this mortal layer be 0.3-0.5 kg/dm<2> . Vertical and horizontal strings are extended in parallel as far as a multilayer board 1. It is also possible to place the horizontal and vertical strings for said glass fiber system at a certain angle to the side of the concrete board. A mortal layer 2 is provided with a support particle 5 whose diameter is larger than that of the string 3a of glass fiber system 3. It is further recommended that the diameter of the support particle 5 is the same as thickness of the cross point 3b or larger than that.
