本考案は軽量で表面が平滑なコンクリートパネ

従来のコンクリートパネルにあつては骨材とし
て軽量骨材を用いているが比重が1.3以上であり、
コンクリート重量の約1500Kg/m3となり重たかつ

本考案のコンクリートパネルは、中層部1を軽
量骨材2を骨材としたコンクリートで形成し、表
面部3を比重が0.5以下でコンクリート用ふるい

軽量細骨材4を骨材としたコンクリートで形成し
て成るものである。

PC鋼線を配設している。軽量骨材2としては天
然骨材、人工骨材のいずれをも用いることがで
き、たとえば比重が0.8〜1.3の発泡汚泥などを好
適に用いることができる。この軽量骨材2は配設
した鉄筋5等の補強効果を奏する。3は表層部で
あり、超軽量細骨材4を骨材としたコンクリート
で形成されている。超軽量細骨材4とは比重が
0.5以下でコンクリート用ふるい規格の5mm網ふ
るいを重量で85%以上通過する骨材をいい、たと
えばパーライト、発泡スチロール、シラスバルー
ンなどを用いることができる。この超軽量細骨材
4により軽量化を可能とし表面仕上げを平滑にさ
せると共に内部応力を小さくできて釉薬などを焼
き付け塗装する場合にもひび割れしないものであ

を損なうことがないにも拘わらず、さらに軽量化
が可能となり細骨材であるので表面仕上がりが平
滑となり、しかも超軽量細骨材により表層部の内
部応力を小さくでき、釉薬などを焼き付け塗装す
る際にもひび割れなど発生させなくできるもので
あり、建築用板としてさらに広範な用途に用いる
ことができるものである。
