Abstract

PURPOSE:To thin a device by erecting the hollow shaft which is a rotary center shaft on a substrate and moving a rocking member in the vertical direction in the state of penetrating the inner peripheral part of the hollow shaft through the rocking center shaft erected integrally with the rocking member. CONSTITUTION:The title device is equipped with the rocking member 15 rocking in parallel to a substrate and moving between 1st and 2nd positions in the vertical direction to the substrate and the hollow shaft 28 which is the rotary supporting shaft erected on the substrate. The rocking member 15 has the rocking center shaft 16 engaged with the hollow shaft 28 and when it moves between the 1st and 2nd positions, the rocking center shaft 16 moves the inner peripheral part of the hollow shaft 28 in the vertical direction. Therefore, the rocking center shaft 16 becoming of the center of the movement in the vertical direction of the rocking member 15 can be utilized effectively with its whole shaft as the center, and the stabilized rocking and vertical movement of the rocking member 15 are enabled even when the length is shortened. Since the thickness of the device is approximately decided by the length of the hollow shaft 28 and the displacement amt. of the rocking center shaft 16, the thinning of the device is enabled.
