Abstract
PURPOSE:To vertically move a rocking member surely in a simple shape without increasing the stiffness of each member by providing the abutting part with a driving member at one end of the rocking center shaft becoming of the center of the rocking and vertical movement thereof on a rocking member and providing an elastic body at the opposite side to this abutting part. CONSTITUTION:In the rocking member 15 moving between 1st and 2nd positions in the vertical direction to a substrate and rocking in parallel to the substrate, the abutting part with a driving member 24 giving the displacement in the vertical direction to the rocking member 15 is formed by one contact point 24a at the center position which is one end of the rocking center shaft 16 of the rocking member 15, and an elastic body 26 is held at the opposite side in the vertical direction for the substrate to the abutting part of the rocking member 15. The rocking member 15 is thus moved reciprocatingly and vertically surely and smoothly without any trouble even if the stiffness of the driving part of the rocking member 15 and driving member 24 is not increased.
