The top head part 12 having a cylindrical shape is formed to the top end part of the sleeve 10 and the bottom head part 14 having an opening ring cylindrical shape provided with a slit 13 extending in a vertical direction is formed to the bottom end part. The sleeve 10 is inserted into the inter-grid space of the supporting grid 4 while the diameter of the head part 4 thereof is reduced. The inserted sleeve is projected from the bottom end part of the supporting grid 4 and is mounted to the supporting grid 4 by soldering of the tangent between a plate piece 10b and the supporting grid 4 in the upper and lower part of the supporting grid. The sleeve is thereby easily fixed to the assembled supporting grid and the generation of the deformation, etc., in the sleeve and the supporting grid is obviated.
