Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to wind a wire at a high speed without the wire being twisted, by providing a first shaft member having a shaft section and a rod section, a second shaft member on the projecting side of the rod section, and a wire wind-off speed detector on the side of supply to the first shaft member.
CONSTITUTION: Control is made such that a flyer shaft 6 is rotated by one revolution in a direction reverse to the direction of rotation of a spindle shaft 1 during winding off of one roll of a round wire 7a from a supply bobbin 9. The round wire 7a which are prevented, a also by a bevel member 11, from tangling, is exerted with a suitable tension by a tension roller 12, and is wound up at a high speed onto a bobbin 1a by one roll in association with the rotations of the spindle shaft 1 and the flyer shaft 6 while it is guided by the after. Further, the wire 7a is wound off in association with the rotation of the bobbin 1a while the flyer shaft 6 repeatedly rotates so that the wire 7a is wound up on the bobbin 1a without the wire 7a being twisted. Thus, even though the winding-off speed of the wire 7a varies n dependence upon a rotational speed of the bobbin 1a, the rotation of the flyer shaft 6 follows the variation so that it is possible to remove the twisting of the wire.
