Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve safety by applying the constitution that a fastener for fixing a bread container in a heating chamber and a cavity wall for forming a mounting choke cavity outside the heating chamber are jointed and tightened to each other with the peripheral part of the fastener and the flange of the cavity wall via the bottom of the heating chamber. CONSTITUTION: A transmission drive part 16 performs either one of drive processes for driving a turntable at low speed or a kneading vane 14 at high speed. Also, a drive shaft B27 made of a dielectric substance is provided for driving the turntable, together with a drive shaft A17 coaxially positioned outside the drive shaft B27 and made of a metallic cylinder. Furthermore, a flange 55 is formed on the outermost surface of the cavity wall 46 of a choke cavity 47 to stop electric waves leaking outside along the outer surface of the drive shaft A17. Also, a bread container 12 is detachably fixed to the bottom of a heating chamber 1 with a fastener 44, and a small hole 53 is drilled through the peripheral part 44a of the fastener 44. Then, the peripheral part 44a of the fastener 44 and the flange 55 are tightened to each other, so as to clamp the bottom of the heating chamber 1 with a set screw 54 passed through the small hole 53.
