Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a cooking operation depending on an intended purpose by selectively using the high-speed rotation of a kneading vane at the time of bread baking, and the low-speed rotation of a turntable at a high-frequency heating process via a transmission drive part. CONSTITUTION: A transmission drive part 16 is laid on the inner bottom of a heating chamber 1 formed to use a high-frequency oscillator and upper and lower heaters as heating sources, and provided with the first drive shaft 17 driven with a kneading motor 23, and the second drive shaft 27 driven with a motor 22 for a turntable. In addition, the shaft 17 is coaxially positioned along the outer surface of the shaft 27. Also, a kneading vane 14 in a bread container 12 is connected to the shaft 17, while the turntable is connected to the shaft 27. Furthermore. a support seat 42 is provided on the bottom of the bread container 12, and the bottom of the chamber 1 is provided with a fastener 44 made of a circular hole 50, a hook piece 51 for the support seat 42 and a pull hole 52 adjacent to the piece 51. A cushion material 42 is laid within the hole 52 and fixed to the bottom of the chamber 1 near the outside of the hook piece 51. Thus, the high-speed rotation of the kneading vane 14 or the low-speed rotation of the turntable can be selected.
