Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide heat cooking at favorable usability and favorable finishing effect corresponding to a purpose by providing a speed changeable drive part for selectively applying high speed rotation of a kneading blade and low speed rotation of a turntable, and disposing an upper heater and a lower heater at proper positions. CONSTITUTION: A high-frequency oscillator 2, and an upper heater 4 and a lower heater 5 are provided as heat sources for a heating chamber 1. The upper heater 4 is positioned on an upper outer surface of the heating chamber 1, and the lower heater 5 is positioned under a bottom surface of a bread container 12 as it is installed in the heating chamber 1. A turntable 19 for subject matter 18 to be rotatably placed in high-frequency heating or the bread container 12 for baking bread by heater heating is placed in the heating chamber 1. A speed changeable drive part 16 drives the turntable 19 for low speed rotation at 5-6rpm, for example, or a kneading blade 14 for high speed rotation of 200rpm or so, for example, when the bread container 12 is used. Proper cooking operation can thus be performed, and functions of a mirowave oven, an electric oven, and a home bakery can be performed by a single machine.
