Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the thermal effect of the hot air within a heating chamber on both a table motor and a kneading motor by providing both the motor on the inside of the upper surface of a motor mounting base provided through a heat insulating space formed under the bottom surface of a heating chamber. CONSTITUTION: This device has a high frequency oscillator 2, and a turn table 19 having upper and lower heaters 4, 5 other than the above and rotatable with a matter to be heated 18 being placed thereon. A kneading blade 14 is rotatably arranged in the inner part of a bread vessel 12 for performing kneading of bread raw material to baking. This device also has a table motor 22 for rotating the turn table 19 at low speed, a kneading motor 23 for rotating the kneading blade 14 at high speed, and a motor mounting base 31. A heat insulating space 55 is provided between the upper surface 31a of the motor mounting base 31 and the bottom surface 1a of the heating chamber 1, and the motors 22, 23 are opposed to the bottom surface 1a of the heating chamber through the upper surface 31a of the motor mounting base 31 and the heat insulating space 55. Consequently, the effect of the hot air in the heating chamber 1 on the motors 22, 23 can be reduced.
