Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the resonance of equipment, by tapering the inside of a stator frame and the outside of a stator core fitted in the frame, at angles, and by controlling an interference for tight fitting assembly depending on tight fitting pressure. CONSTITUTION:The inside of a stator frame 8 and the outside of a stator core 9 of laminate structure are tapered at angles. The interference for tight fitting the assembly of the frame 8 and the core 9 is increased when the core 9 is moved toward the minor part of the inside diameter 8 of the frame 8. At that time, the natural frequency of the rotary electric machine itself is heightened. The natural frequency is determined by the frame 8, the core 9 and a spring constant k1 between them. When the natural frequency and the vibration frequency are coincident with or approximate to each other, the spring constant k1 can be changed by the interference for the frame 8 and the core 9. The resonance of equipment is thus avoided.
