PURPOSE:To make a lateral link unnecessary and to reduce the arrangement space for links by collectively arranging upper and lower links respectively paired on right and left in front of an axle housing and forming one of the upper links with a special shape. CONSTITUTION:The one ends of left and right lower links 10L, 10R, respectively are rotatably mounted on the underside of a rear axle housing 4 on both ends of which left and right rear wheels 2L, 2R are attached. The ends of left and right upper links 16L, 16R, respectively are rotatably mounted via left and right brackets 14L, 14R on the topside positions of the housing 4 located between a differential housing 6 and the brackets 8L, 8R. One 16R of the upper links is formed with a main part 17 and a branch link portion 19, to the front end of which a lateral member 24b of a subframe 24 is affixed via a bracket 28L.
