Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A roller 11 receives a rotating power from a motor 16 via a magnetic coupling 15 at its rotary shaft 13 and is rotated, Then, a wire 19 is located between rollers 11, 12 to close them. Accordingly, the rotating power of the roller 11 is transmitted to the wire 19 and the rotation of the rollers 11, 12 stops at the time when a tension is given on the wire 19.
