Abstract

Thus, the stiffness of the root of the drive cone 13 being inversely proportional to the length of the flat part is larger in the major axis direction of the upper ellipse and a drive torque is mainly transmitted to the outside/inside of nodes of the primary resonance mode in the minor axis direction while being distributed. Thus, the primary resonance mode in the minor axis direction is suppressed, then the piston motion band of the diaphragm 10 is expanded to further higher resonance modes.
