軸3と、 前記ミシン機枠1に前記ミシン主軸3の回転に
伴つて往復回動可能に支持された揺動軸5と、 前記ミシン主軸3の回転に従つて上下動し得る
ように、前記ミシン機枠1に支持され、かつその
下端に針9を有する針棒8と、 前記揺動軸5の往復回動に従つて前記針棒8が
前記上下動に加え前後方向へも揺動運動し得るよ
うに、前記揺動軸5に設けられ、同針棒8を上下
動可能に支持する針棒台7と、 前記針棒8を前後方向及び上下方向へ移動可能
とするためにミシン機枠1に設けられた開口部H
と、 前記ミシン機枠1に往復動可能に支持され、前
記ミシン主軸3の回転に従い往復動されて縫い糸
の取上げを行う天秤機構17と、 その天秤機構17に潤滑油Oを供給する潤滑油
供給系18と を備えた針送りミシンにおいて、 前記ミシンの運転に伴つて前記天秤機構17か
ら飛散する潤滑油Oが前記針棒8に付着すること
を防止するための遮蔽部材31を、前記天秤機構
17と針棒8との間に配設し、この遮蔽部材31
には同遮蔽部材31に付着した潤滑油Oを集めて
前記開口部H近傍に設けた油溜部34に滴下させ
るための突片33を設けたことを特徴とする針送
りミシンにおける潤滑油飛散防止装置。
