Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent occurrence of trouble and make the winding process at high speed by preparing an electrical insulative coating through mixing of a specific amount of ester reaction product with a selected resin, applying this coating to an electric wire followed by baking, and thereby obtaining insulative coating having high slidability. CONSTITUTION:An electrical insulative coating is prepared from 100 parts by weight of one or more of polybinyl butyral resin, copolymer polyamid resin, epoxy resin, phenoxy resin, polyester resin, and polyester imid resin and 0.5-20 parts by weight of ester reaction product of one or more of the saturated fatty acids or one or more of the unsaturated fatty acids, or an admixture thereof, with one or more of the multi-value alcohols. This coating is applied to an electric wire followed by baking. The static frictional coefficient of this baked hardened film lies within an extent 0.06-0.09 when the load is 200g. This enhances slidability of the electric wire.
