Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a molded object having high mechanical strength, small water absorption ratio and smooth surface by spray-coating the surface of a foamed plastic molded object with the composition of two pack reactive curing synthetic resin without solvent and by forming a cured layer. CONSTITUTION:The first liquid of the composition of two pack reactive curing synthetic resin is fed into a mixing chamber 7 through a pipe path 3 by way of a filter 4, a heater 5 and a measuring pump 6 by a pressure feeding pump 2 from a tank 1. On the other hand, the second liquid is similarly fed into the mixing chamber 7 through a pipe path 3' by way of a filter 4', a heater 5' and a measuring pump 6' by the pressure feeding pump 2 from a tank 1'. The first liquid and the second liquid mixed in the mixing tank 7 all uniformly mixed in a static mixer 8, and said mixture is sprayed on the surface of a prescribed foamed plastic molded object by a spray gun 9.
