Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a low-priced throw-away paper-made food container material by providing a heat resisting and heat insulating protective layer on a conductive sheet containing conductive material and fibers.
CONSTITUTION: A heat resisting and heat insulating protective layer is provided on at least one side of a conductive sheet containing conductive material and fibers to form a heating promotion agent for microwave cooking. The ratio of fibers in the conductive sheet to conductive material for generating heat is such that the conductive material ranges from 0.5 pts.wt. to 2000 pts.wt. to the 100 pts.wt. fiber or fiber and a pigment by the absolute dry weight ratio. The heat resisting and heat insulating protective layer functions as a protective layer for avoiding contact between the food and the conductive sheet, and is provided on at least one side of the conductive sheet for giving wet resistance or intercepting air for preventing the conductive sheet from generating fire. As a material quality of the heat resisting and heat insulating protective layer, a resin film layer formed of polyester such as polyethylene terephthalate, polysulfone, polymethyl pentene, methylpentene copolymer or the like is cited.
