Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a composite panel with an excellent fire-proof, heat-proof and heat insulating characteristics by forming an inorganic grain layer having a bonder stiched thereto between the opposing face of at least one of a surfacial and back face and a foaming plastic layer.
CONSTITUTION: A bonder is coated on one opposite face of at least one of the surfacial material such as metallic plate and asbestos and the back face material such as aluminum foil and waterproof paper the like, the bonder is further sticked to the partial or full face of non-grain material such as burning pearlite powder or the like. Thereafter, it is uniform scattered before or after the scattering of an inorganic foaming material having no bonder sticked thereto. Thereafter, one material of synthetic resin single substance, non-organic material and unfoamed synthetic resin obtained by mxing siliconic sulphide with synthetic resin material is extruded. Subsequently, the back face material is put on the material thus obtained, and is integrated with the latter by heating and pressing.
