Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the length, in the flow direction, of the whole device by forming control chambers on the right lower stream from a nozzle, which is constructed by side walls on which control openings are bored. CONSTITUTION:Control chambers 31, 32 are formed on the right lower stream from nozzles 29, 30, control openings 37, 38 are bored on the side walls 33, 34 of the control chambers 31, 32 and opening/closing control plates 41, 42 are arranged on the outside of the control openings 37, 38 and also guide walls 43, 44 elongated toward the lower stream are connected to the openings 39, 40 of the control chambers 31, 32. In case that a flow direction is deflected by opening/closing control openings 37, 38 by means of opening/closing control plates 41, 42, the flow direction is deflected on the upper stream from the nozzles 29 30 and the deflection angle of the flow due to Coanda effect toward the guide walls 43, 44 is expanded on the lower stream fro the nozzles 29, 30. Accordingly, the fluid can be changed in a short distance and in a wide angle so that the length, in the flow direction, of the whole device can be reduced.
