Abstract

The computer 102 is operated to compare the desired sizing data (c) set with a sizing dimension setting device 104 and the above measured length data (a), to calculate compressing dimension and pressurizing force data (d) to be compacted by compressing the compact to the prescribed sizing dimension is outputted. The above data (d) is supplied to the control circuit in the sizing pressing machine, and even if there is a little variation in the density, all compacts are compacted into a fixed sizing dimension.
