つている。この考案はこれらの点に鑑みてなされ
たもので、時計用モータコイル等の電子部品、小
物部品の生産ラインにおいて、組立用治具ならび
にその搬送、保管の機能を果す整列プレートを提
供するものであり、特に整列プレートのクランプ
部と反対側が作業領域となり、三次元的な空間を
必要とする電子部品、小物部品の生産ラインの自
動化を大幅に促進しようとするものである。

プ用バネ部がバネ押えプレート側より押圧される
と、上記爪部が後退変位し、本体プレートの突起
物と爪部の間に固定されていた電子部品等小物部
品のクランプが開放されるものであるから、電子
部品等小物部品を簡単な操作で、多数整列固定す
ることができる。従つて、その生産ラインにおい
て、全工程を通して組立用治具ならびに搬送、保
管用整列プレートとして一貫して使用することが
でき、生産能率を大幅に向上せしめるとともに、
これにより、工程の自動化が可能となり、また部
品表面がクランプされている時でも開放されてい
るので、表面上の加工が障害なく容易にできる等
の効果を有する。
