られている材質はなま材で45 HRCの固いものであ
る部品4には直径2 Imの高さO,smmの突出し部
5が裏面に2か所突出されている。この突出し部5はダ
イ3の側面に押し当てた場合向げが行なわれるV溝3a
のセンターと部品4の曲げ位置が一致する様にNCパン
チングプレスによって部品4加工の際同時に突出される

ておりガイド2とは平行になっている突出し部5により
位置決め平行出しを必要としない一般の部品を加工する
場合の基準になるものである。ポンチホルダー7は機械

りポンチ8が動かないように固定するものである固定方
法はポンチ8をボルトで取付けるだけの簡単なものであ
る為の溝7aが切っである。またこの場合ポンチ8の先
端部とダイ3の■溝3aのセンターが一致する構造にな
っているポンチ8は曲げ加工時に先端部が直接部品4に
接触し圧力をかけるものである材質はダイ3と同じであ
る。
