Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a metal tube and a resin tube in a body and to improve the strength, the pressure resistance and the corrosion resistance, by molding the synthetic resin tube on the inner circumferential face of the metal tube in a tightly adhered condition and in a corrugated shape. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin tube 2 is inserted while both ends of the synthetic resin tube are being stretched. When the stretching force of the tube 2 is released, as the returning force due to expanding of the synthetic resin tube in the outer circumferential direction is acted, tightly adhered condition of a metal tube and the synthetic resin tube is always kept. A composite tube 3 is fitted on the outer circumference of a core metal 4. An elastic body 5 molded in a thick tube-like shape with rubber, synthetic rubber, synthetic resin and the like is fitted in the core metal 4 to support it. The outer circumferential face of the composite tube where the elastic body 5 has been fitted are held by means of both molds 6 and 7 facing each other. One mold 7 is fixed and another mold 6 is in a condition where the composite tube 3 is not held. Then, when a pressure is applied on one end of the elastic body whose another end is fixed, this elastic body is deformed in proportion to the applied pressure. A flexible tube is continuously and automatically prepared by repeating successively this action.
