Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 跳ね上げ可能に枢着されたシートクツシヨンを
    車体に対して係脱するシートロツク機構と、シー
    トベルトからシートメンバへの大荷重入力時にシ
    ートクツシヨンの前方変位を利用してシートクツ
    シヨンを車体にロツクする強制ロツク機構とを備
    えたシート装置において、 前記シートロツク機構と強制ロツク機構を兼用
    する兼用ロツク機構が、シートメンバに支持され
    ると共に外部からの操作力で回動可能なロツクシ
    ヤフトと、該ロツクシヤフトに固定されると共に
    近接対向する２つの縦部材及び該縦部材を連結す
    る横部材を有するストライカと、該ストライカの
    横部材に係合する車体フツクと、該車体フツクを
    挿通するべくシートメンバに開口されると共に前
    記ストライカより狭幅に設定されたロツク穴とを
    有し、前記シートメンバへの大荷重入力時、シー
    トクツシヨンの前方変位により、前記ロツク穴の
    周部のシートメンバと、前記ストライカを係合し
    ている車体フツクとが係合されることを特徴とす
    るシート装置。
