    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フロアパネルに対し、シートクツシヨンが着脱
    自在になるよう固定された車両用シート装置にお
    いて、前記シートクツシヨンの下部もしくはフロ
    アパネルのいずれか一方に固定された係止部材と
    、前記シートクツシヨンの下部もしくはフロアパ
    ネルの他方に設けられ前記係止部材に対し係脱可
    能な係合部材と、該係合部材のロツク解除方向へ
    の動きを規制する規制部材とを備え、規制部材に
    よる規制を解除することで係合部材によるロツク
    を解除できるよう構成したことを特徴とする車両
    用シート装置。
