Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a shielding case of this design in productivity and also a mounting positioning of a terminal in accuracy by a method wherein plural terminals and a plate are formed out of a sheet of a metallic plate through a punching by a method wherein the terminals are inserted into a through-hole of the plate as they are connected with the plate and soldering performed. CONSTITUTION:Plates 2a-2e and terminal 4 are punched out of a sheet of metallic plate, 2a-2e are connected with each other with bent sections 6, 7, and 8 and the terminals 4 are connected with each other through a connecting component 10 and both ends of a group of terminals are connected with the bent section 7 through a supporting component 9. Next, only the terminal 4 is bent downward along a line Y-Y. Then, only the supporting component 9 is bent upward along the same line. In this state, a leadless feed-through condenser 12 is inserted into each terminal. The plates 2a, 2e and 2c are bent upward respectively. In addition, the supporting component 9 is bent upward along a line Z-Z. And, each terminal 4 is inserted into a through- hole 13 together with the leadless lead-through condenser 12. The plates 2b and 2d are bent upward so as to be box-shaped. A solder dipping is performed onto the whole, and the supporting component 9 is punched out for making each terminal isolated.
