Abstract
PURPOSE:To control a pump motor accurately by providing an internal timer for a microcomputer starting and/or suspending the pump motor so as to input an interrupt signal synchronized with the commercial power frequency into the microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:The condition under a driving channel system of a pump is detected by a pressure switch 7a or a flow rate switch 8a so as to let a microcomputer 11 start and/or suspend the pump motor 2. An internal timer is provided in the microcomputer 11 so as to count the interrupt signal synchronized with the commercial power frequency within a specified period of time. Based on the resulted count the reference frequency is automatically switched over so as to be set. Owing to this constitution, the frequency of commercial power is accurately consistent with the reference frequency of the circuit of the microcomputer, thereby enabling the pump motor to be accurately controlled.
