Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 基板上に印刷によつて形成された方形の抵抗及
びその抵抗の短手側の両端に接続する二つの電極
とからなり、 その抵抗が所定の抵抗値を持つようにレーザー
トリミングによつて設けられた、抵抗の長手側端
部から短手方向に伸びる、対向する一組の第一の
トリミング部及び、抵抗値の微調整用の、第一の
トリミング部の先端から直角内側方向に折曲して
一組の第一のトリミング部の範囲内で長手方向に
伸びる第二のトリミング部とを備え、 上記一組の第一のトリミング部を設けるべき抵
抗の領域が、トリミング部を設ける際のレーザー
トリミングに対して上記電極の成分が気化を起こ
さない耐熱性を有するほどにその電極から離れた
位置であることを特徴とする膜素子。
